Walking the dog in Blatna Castle Park.

Blatná water castle is one of the few buildings of this type of architecture in our country, it is one of the most beautiful. It belongs to the noble family of Hildprandt for several centuries.

The castle park covers an area of 42 hectares and can be visited all year round. Dogs are welcome in park and must be kept on a leash.

My dog and I walked along the dam of the pond, while I was mesmerized by the silhouette of the castle and its reflection in the water, my dog was intrigued by the wild ducks that swam closer to see if there was anything good to be found.

There is a large herd of fallow deer living in the park, they have been breeding them here for a very long time, more than a hundred years.
